Well it is.

There are plenty of websites which seem designed to ‘break the bad news gently’, but many of these ‘over do’ it and make it seem like a minor issue.

Putting too much attention on ‘not upsetting the poor dears’ is not doing diabetics any favours.

So, I welcome anything that offers a different model – in this case ‘Diabetes the Silent Killer‘, which takes a more ‘in yer face’ attitude.
